  Just a quick note to announce the fact that close-of-data
for the upcoming GenBank Release 115.0 is likely to occur
on Friday, December 10th, at midnight. The subsequently generated
non-cumulative GenBank Update files nc1211.aso and nc1211.flat
will contain data through the close.
