Dear Glycoscientists,
I am working in the field of plant-microbe interaction.
We isolated some oligosaccharides with biological activity
influencing the plant defence system. One of the oligosaccharides
contains a fatty acid bound via a nitrogen to a aminosugar.
Now I am serching for an enzyme to cleave this amid.
