Hi all,
I am working with Lyticase (from Arthrobacter luteus) in a conc. of 100U/ 500
microliters of yeast extract in order to hydrolyze B-1,3- glucose polymers.
Does anybody know if this enzyme can hyrolyze other kind of links if it is
used in excess?
Any suggestions will be wellcome.
