Dear fellow researchers,
Does anyone know about the effect of tunicamycin to the expression of GPT
(N-acetylgucosamine-1-phosphate transferase)? It is well known that
tunicamycin blocks N-linked glycosylation by inhibiting GPT activity and
induces the expression of ER chaperones such as BiP. However I do not know
effect of tunicamycin to the GPT expression. If there is any article,
please let me know.
Thanks in advance.
