Does anybody know about a comprehensive list or a review that contains
information about the subcellular localisation and/or topochemistry
of glycosyltransferases?
I am mainly interested to know which transferases work on the cytoplasmic
or lumenal/extracellular face of membranes.
Are there any general rules, which kind of transfer reaction takes
place in the cytoplasm, in the lumen of the ER or the golgi and so
on. I am also interested in the topochemistry of bacterial
glycosyltransferases.
