Dear Glyconetters I am looking for a simple method for quantitative estimation of glucosamine or galactosamine in synthetic polymers. I am using Elison-Morgan method but when it is applied to my samples I get lower values. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or references. Thank you in advance
