I don't think there's a specific lectin for O-GlcNAc but WGA will bind.
Also O-GlcNAc residues are acceptors for beta-gal transferase (this was how
they were originally discovered). There is an article on detection of
O-GlcNAc by Jerry Hart and coworkers (Meth. Enzymol. 230, 443-460).
