Species specific glycosylation?

I am expressing a glycosylated membrane protein from rat brain in the
Xenopus oocyte heterologous expression system. My question is if I can
expect the details of the glycosylation pattern to stay the same in the
oocyte as in the brain (such as wheat germ agglutinin binding)? I expect
not, but does anybody have specific experience?
