I agree with Kieran's suggestion to properly control junk postings in our group.
For core alpha 1,6-linked fucose detection, I don't think there is a good lectin
to use. I indirectly detected such a structure by using PNGase F and MALDI-TOF
mass spectrometry. Since PNGase F does not cleave alpha 1,3fucosylated complex
structures, and that treatment of glycopeptide with alpha-fucosidase did not
cause any size changes.
