For Sunny's question of unprotection of glucuronide:

Dissolve your compound in methanol (cold), flux ammonia for 1hr during stirring,
 and store in a refrigerator o/n.  Acetate is recovered by filtration.  See
J. Histochem. Cytochem. 2: 209-229, 1954 for details on similar compound.
