Does anybody out there know which alpha-glucosidase is suitable for
de-glucosylation of Glc(n)Man(9) ? It seems to be a rare task.

According to Kornfeld & Kornfeld (Ann Rev. Biochem. 54:631-64, 1985),
alpha1,2-glucosidase I cleaves the outmost glucose residue, and alpha1,3-
glucosidase II cleaves the two inner glucose residues.
