Glycobiologists:
A colleague of mine is assaying UDPGlucose-4'-epimerase. Can anyone suggest
the best means for separating UDPGal from UDPGlc and UDPGalNAc from
UDPGlcNAc. She does not have an HPLC available for this, so we are looking
for paper, thin layer, or any other chromatographic procedures.
