Below I have included the headers of three genes in Genbank which you
may find to be of interest - I would suggest that you look up the references
given here and contact the authors as they may well have the clone that you're
looking for. If you would like to retrieve the full entries (ie these headers
and the sequence) you can do so via Gopher or e-mail server - if you don't
know how to do either drop me a note and I'll send you instructions.
If you look up the references and come up with a location for but not
the address of the authors - post a note to bionet.users.addresses ( or the
bionaut e-mail address) and the group will try and find an address for you.
Best of luck,
Dan Jacobson

COMMENT Clone pH-2d-24 codes for 24 polypeptide, which is almost identical
to a genuine H-2Kd histocompatibility antigen. Clone pH-2d-24 was
compared with clone pH-2d-33, also sequenced by the authors, and
was found to be almost identical except at its 5' end. The authors
suggest that this gene may encode two distinct products through an
alternative use of splicing sites in the 5' region of the primary
gene transcript.
