Hi,
I am trying to visualise ER-resident proteins (B1P etc) on an SDS-PAGE
immunologically. I have tried lysed mammalian (hybridoma) cells, but got no
detectable signal.
If anyone who has tried to do something similar, or has any suggestions
(such as a method to enhance ER-resident protein levels in the applied sample?)
I would be most grateful if they would contact me on mdo4 at le.ac.uk.
PS. If anyone had another antibody raised against an ER-resident protein, that
would also be useful to me as a control...
