adjuvants for oral vaccination

 Dear Immuno Netters,

  I am interested in finding out about the "best" or potentially most
  effective adjuvants which could be combined with antigens for oral
  immunisation.  I am considering Quill A, cholera toxin B subunit,
  and MDP. All of these are expensive.  What range of concentrations
  are required per dose to elicit immune responses?? I would be
  most interested in hearing from anyone who has had experience using
  the above.
