I am growing an IgM producing murine hybridoma in a small amicon bioreactor
under serum free conditions. The IgM seems to be aggregating in the
reactor, to the best of my limited ability to tell (2 closely spaced
peaks on a size exclusion column). Does anyone have a good,
inexpensive (ha) method to monitor antibody aggregation. (It takes
me 24 hours to run 1 sample over the column). Any suggestions on how
to inhibit aggregates from forming?
Thanks,
