hello fellow netrats,
does anyone know of any software that is availablefor the determination
of antigenic sites in protein sequences?? I am hoping to use peptides in
the size range of 8-18 AA's to raise antibodies, and i want to screen the
protein sequence for the most likely candidate epitopes for this purpose.
I gather there is some software to help do this, but i dont know where it is.
any help would be greatly appreciated,
