Mouse Concanavaline A Blast

hello there...,

Here's a little question for you:

I am working on mouse Cytotoxic T cell assays (BULKS) and using as a target cell Concanavaline A blast (of splenic origin).  The question is: does Con A augment the expression of MHC class II antigens on the surface of the Blast cells?  It is well established that MHC Class I expression is enhanced but i would need any references on the expression of class II antigens induced by Concanavaline A.
