Electro cell permiation

Sorry for second post, but i meant to say:
Did anyone ever use electropermiation to get antibodyes into the cells ?
If yes, could anyone get me a detailed protocol of doing so. Also, any
comments and protocols on use of electropermiation for getting things like
fluorescent dyes and this kind of stuff in the cell would be appericated
greatly.Thanks.
