Antigen presentation

I would like to know if any readers have information on the effect upon
antigen presenting cells, e.g., B lymphocytes when they present antigen
to T lymphocytes.  Perhaps someone has used solubilized T cell receptors
to bind to antigen-MHC complexes and measured activity in B lymphocytes.
Does anybody know anything about this?
