in vitro immunizations

An interesting paper (Guzman J, Schoedon G, Blau N, J Immunol Methods
158, 37, 1993) made me think of trying in vitro immunizations. Does
anybody know where in the USA I could find the lymphoma lines MLC and
EL-4 mentioned in the paper? Furthermore I would appreciate it if
somebody could send me a detailed protocol, and perhaps some opinions
about this method. Thanks a lot for your help.
