Removing Con A from Con A sup

Thanks for all the suggestions.  They include:

	Running the sup over sephadex
	alpha-methyl mannoside
		add alpha-methyl-mannoside (20mM final:2ug/ml Con A
		0.1M alpha methyl D mannoside on a shaker at 37 degrees C.
	a Mannose column from Pierce
