Coupling strategy for anti peptide antibodies

   Can someone suggest a best coupling strategy -a 10mer with 3 Lysine residues to a carrier (preferably BSA ) for anti peptide antibodies- so as to avoid cross linking of the coupling agent to Lysine NH2 as well as N' NH2. I want to add a Cysteine at C' (For technical reasons) for providing the coupling site. I need help urgently.     Thanks in advance.
