I am looking for information and advice about starting up a phage-display
system in our lab. We are interested in expressing single-chain antibodies
in phage and selectin for those clones with higher binding affinity for the
antibody's ligand. This technique is new to us so any information or advice
about getting started and protocols to follow would be greatly appreciated.
Our single-chain antibodies are about 26kD and are specific for DNA.
