Protein Sequences

     Swiss-Prot can be accessed through the NIH's DCRT gopher.  The main
menu includes an item called "Molecular Biology Databases" and you can
go from there.  When you select molecular biology databases, you will see
a menu item "Other Databases".  This leads to "Search Databases at Welchlab"
and the Welchlab databases include the Protein Data Bank and the Brookhaven
database.  If you don't have your own gopher server you can telnet to a 
public gopher server like panda.uiowa.edu.  Select "General Information",
then "NIH Libraries", and you will see the DCRT Gopher menu.
