IL-4 Assay Help....

Our lab is interested in developing an assay for IL-4 quantification.  We would
like to utilize ELISA if possible, but are also considering IL-4 dependent cell
lines.  If anyone has any experience with either of these systems and would 
like to offer help, please e-mail me at MBUCHANAN at OPUS.MCO.EDU.

Also, we are approaching the same problem for IL-6.  Any information on this 
system would also be appreciated.
