I've been trying to find this info, but didn't get anywhere with the text
books. Does anyone know how long it takes in vivo and in vitro for a T
cell and a PMN/neutrophil to become activated? For the in vivo, this
would be a normal acute inflammation situation. For the in vitro, the WBC
would be placed on an activated endothelial cell monolayer.
Thanks for any info!
