I am doing research on the animal model of multiple sclerosis and am
particularly interested in te oral tolerance given to neonate rats before
the adminitration of EAE at a later age. The lewis rats become primed for
EAE due to this process. I am wondering if there has been any research
done an the injection of MBP into a pregnant female rat and the
susceptibilty of the unborn neonates at a later age? Also, I am looking
for pictures or photos of the brain and spinal cord infiltrations that are
observed due to EAE.
