I am posting this on behalf of my brother who is a veterinarian and
needs some informations on the following topic:
The immunohistochemical distinction of different types of
muscle-fibres in horses: slow twitch oxidative (STO), fast twitch
oxidative (FTO), fast twitch glycolytic (FTG).
Where can one get antibodies for this purpose?
Can they be bought anywhere?
Has anyone experience in producing such antibodies?
Any information would be appreciated greatly.
