Cloning of Antibodies

Has someone any experience with cloning and expression of recombinant 
antibody fragment selected from monoclonal hybridomas. Can we expect that 
Does anyone have any experience with cloning antibody fragments from 
hybridomas into bacteria and expressing antibodies? Will there be differences
in the affinity compared to antibodies produced in hybridomas.
