Photodiode array and HPLC

Hello netters,

Here's a little question regarding Photodiode array and HPLC... Any of you immunologists use this technique for the isoloation of peptides and/or proteins... Just went to a presentation by Millipore/waters company and they showed off this photodiade array and Spec/mass machines which were pretty impressive...

Just a little question to find out how wide spread this almost new technology is (PDA is about 2 years old...)

Any comments out there?
