HUMAN CTL CULTURE
I don't have any specific references on hand but I have had experience
growing human T cell lines in serum free medium. I have had good luck
with AIM-V sold by GIBCO-BRL and SF3365 from Bio-Whittaker. The AIM-V
medium was used in the LAK cell trials in cancer patients. Probably
either company would be happy to supply you with lists of publications
using their medium. Good luck.
