Dear Readers,
I have been trying to standardize an assay for interleukin-2 in
chicken. I find that the variation between birds is just too much to
handle and make a lot of sense in my experiments. I beleive that it is
the stage of the IL-2 dependent lymphoblast that varies. I would appreciate
if somebody would mail me the morphological changes that take place when
lymphocytes are placed in medium with Concanavalin-A, as they change form the
lymphocyte stage to the blast stage.
Thanks a million. Greetings!!!!
