Hi Netters,
Does anyone know if mAbs are available with specificity for the IgG Fc
receptors of rat leukocytes. These would be homologues of the human CD16
(Fc RIII) and/or CD32 (Fc RII) molecules. Has anyone tested such
anti-human/mouse mAbs for antigen specific cross reactivity with the rat?
We would like such mAbs for flow cytometry. Any recommendations/comments
would be appreciated.
