I'm interested to know is if mouse NK cells produce lymphotoxin (TNF-b).
I would like to know if there is any report on whether these produce lymphotoxin
I can perhaps measure this myself quick and easy (dirty?) way by culturing
splenic cells with an NK stimulant and then checking for Lymphotoxin message
by Nothern anan
analysis. Does anyone know a good NK stimulant for this purpose? If so
