I like Abbas et al. Cellular and Molecular Immunology (now in its
second edition) a lot. But if you want something clinical, try Stites,
Terr, and Parslow: Basic and Clinical Immunology, 8th ed., Appleton and
Lange, Norwalk, CT., 1994. If you want excruciating detail, look up in
the libarary the 3-volume set edited by Lachman et al.: Clinical Aspects
of Immunology, 5th ed., 1993, Boston, Blackwell Scientific Publications.
The reason I suggested the library is that the price is likely to be
excruciating, too.
