Hello:
I would be grateful of any comments as to the temporal expression of
surface antigens present on fetal RBCs during pregnancy. We have been
using adult allosera (unsuccessfully) in an attempt to lyse or
agglutinate fetal (95 day old, with a normal gestation period of 145
odd days) lamb RBCs. That is, the reagents detect adult RBC antigens
but not fetal. Thanks in advance, Robin.
