Separation of Neutrophils from Human Blood

Dear Donald-

Sorry about that truncated post.  We have used a one step method for neutrophil
isolation that works well for chemotaxis assays- Polymorphprep from Nycomed,
used to be distributed by Accurate, now by Gibco/BRL.
