Help melanin prod requested

I am a third year biotechnology pupil at University of Abertay Dundee
And require information on the effects of certain chemicals on melanin 
Synthesis; in cells in vitro on addition of certain chemicals,
Namely,

Forskolin
Insulin
OAG


Any help would be appreciated, as I really don't know much on the effects
And I need to.
