i've heard everyone makes antibodies with small amounts of protein from
a sds-page gel. my question is this: if i prepare antibodies that way,
would they still be good for folded protein, like in ELISA? also, if
they'll work with ELISAs then what standard should i use for
quantitative ELISA?
