Could you be a little more specific? What kind of problems are you
having? How pure does the preparation need to be? What is the source of
the antibody you are trying to purify? Have you refererd to Current
Protocols in Immunology, section 2.9? This is a very good reference
book, so if you don't have it, someone nearby does.
