Check into the September 1991 issue of _Immunology Today_. (vol 12, no 9,
pp 291-342). The whole issue is devoted to complement. There are two
articles on the C1 molecule and C-mediated lysis. If what you want is a
nice, clear, overview -- this should do the trick!
