I am trying to locate a commercially available antibody against murine
CD38. I don't even know if one exists yet, because it hasn't been hard to
find monoclonals to the human form of the molecule. The same companies don't
carry antibodies to the murine forms.
Alternatively, any antibody that recognizes a molecule restricted to murine
plasma cells will be of great use to me. It would be fine if the monoclonal
also reacts to other non-B lineages, as long as I can distinguish between
plasma cells and all other B cells using that antibody.
Any information on commercially available antibodies for this purpose
would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Stacy
