This is a great idea and it really does work. During the 
academic year, I have my immunology students post weekly 
Journal Club outline/critic papers in VAX Notes. We then
gather to discuss...(of course this part won't happen in
a "virtual" mode) but nevertheless let's do it.

Suggestion: To work (IMHO) we need to get 12 moderators
(one for each month) who will get 4-5 presentors (one for 
each week of a month). The moderators would then put together 
a seminar schedule for the year and each would serve as
the moderator for the month.

Of course, there are other ways to do this (make it happen) as 
well. What do you all think?
