Clinical screening for Herpesvirus saimiri

Does anyone know of any methods available for clinical
screening of Herpesvirus saimiri (HVS) infection? This HVS strain
is used for research for purposes of immortalizing human
or other primate T cell clones. Also, information
regarding the mode of transmission of this strain would also
be appreciated. This information is being requested in
order to offer screening to exposed researchers in our lab.
