Hello...

Who has got experience in doing flow-cytometrie with native blood? 
I'm going to start a study, in which HIV-Patients are treated with GCSF. 
I will look for Granolucytes and Monocytes with the methods of flow-cytometrie,
and I'd like to know, if anybody has done that with native blood 
instead of using cell-extracts, which take a long time to produce.
