Dear Bionetters, Two questions: 1) Do EBV transformed human B lymphocytes express Ig-alpha and -beta? 2) Does any of you have -or know where to get- a murine B lymphoma cell line that doesn't express light chains? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Birgitte
