Purification of Erithropoietin

   We are thinking a project to purify erythropoietin from supernatant 
 
   of CHO cells and we don't have HPLC for this purpose. Our objetive is 
 
   to obtain the molecule as pure as possible, because is for parenteral 
 
   use. We are studying the problem now and we are very glad to obtain 
 
   some information of your personal experiences with this molecule. 
 
   Besides, something of formulation will be good received too.
 
   I'm looking forward to yours ideas.
