Pertussis vaccine

Hello,

I am looking for "secular trends" graphs about pertussis disease (incidence, 
death rate, letality) in England and/or Japan around the years 1975 to 1980.
In fact, I am looking for those years when pertussis immunization has been 
(partially ?) suspended in these countries.

Beside these precise searches, Iam also interested in any graph showing 
secular trends of any kind of disease in any country.
