Antibody gene expression

I am looking to find some information on antibody expression systems. Has
anybody had any experience with the ImmunoZAP system (Stratagene)? I am
interested in cloning B cell cDNA into a system that would allow me to
use the antibody molecules to screen bacterial gene expression libraries.
I would be grateful for any information or references that might help me
get started. Thanks
